Overall Satisfaction with Scale Computing HC3

We use the HC3 for server deployment across our entire organization to increase fault tolerance and our disaster recovery.
  • Support is responsive and helpful.
  • Set up of the system itself and VMs is as easy as it can be.
  • I have not run into anything yet that I dislike.
Honestly, we have not had to call support much, but the one time that we did they were very helpful. We were not stuck on hold forever either.
Our tax collection system is currently installed on the scale cluster and running well.
  • Time savings is probably the biggest difference so far. It saves a lot of time on setup and maintenance.
Currently, we are just using the HC3 solution and have not looked at anything else.
The set up for replication to a DR is terribly easy and is one of the reasons we went with Scale.

It is very easy to use and I would give it an even higher rating had we not just found out that we can't do more than 16 cores for a VM. Most of the time that is not a problem for us, but with this latest server it definitely is an issue.
They are very quick to respond to support requests. Then I just open a tunnel on the node and they are good to connect and get it taken care of in a timely manner. They are also good to keep me updated with how things are going via email.
