Overall Satisfaction with Scale Computing HC3

We use Scale Virtualization to host our core on-premises infrastructure. We have significantly reduced our physical server footprint.

Pros

  • Thorough and knowledgeable support staff.
  • Great pre/post support from sales/engineers.
  • Significant cost savings.

Cons

  • Further VM categorization options.
  • On-demand reporting.
  • Additional integration with cloud providers like Azure, AWS, Google.
Support is great. All techs I've ever worked with have a high level of competency in regards to their product. Follow and availability is superb.
  • Saved money on additional hardware/support by migrating out of warranty servers with high usage applications (IE wire payment applications), to scale.
  • Will be migrating hosted DEV environment to SCALE to save on hosting and support costs charged by our data centre.
Very comparable with less of a learning curve. Not as feature rich, but performance for the price cannot be matched.
Excellent for mid/large enterprises where virtualization is beneficial and costs savings is scrutinized. Ease of use and implementation allows for various IT staff to use the product.
