Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our old equipment was coming to end of life and a replacement was needed. I had seen Scale at a conference and received more information. It was also recommended by two MSPs. I ended up working with one of the reps to put together a proposal for the board. I was able to show that by switching, we would have a cost savings of over $50,000 over multiple years, versus replacing and paying for licenses with our current setup. We use this for the entire organization at our only location.

Support Rating

The technical support we received before, during, and after the migration was outstanding. We had set appointment times with a knowledgeable technician. He was able to answer any questions we had, walked us through the process for the first migration and was available after for any questions or problems that arose.

Our ROI was a cost savings of over $50,000 over 3+ years.

Alternatives Considered

For us, Scale was a much better option for our business needs. Being a non-profit, a $50,000 cost saving is huge bonus for us. No yearly licenses are required, which is easier on the budget. We can easily add space when needed and more nodes if we ever need to expand.

Likelihood to Recommend

Migrating from our old system was easy, not very time consuming. Technical assistance was available to answer any questions, help with issues. This might not be something for a small location with just a few employees. They would be better off going with what would work best for their business needs. This fit a need we had and at a cost savings. Very happy we switched to Scale.
