Overall Satisfaction with ScienceLogic SL1

SL1 has improved in a lot of areas when compared to the last couple of years. Every time we approached RAS / SL Support team, they were always helpful. We have developed a lot of custom reports, and custom Run Book automation which helped us to save a lot of time SLCOE team was also very helpful in many scenarios like custom log file monitoring, process/service monitoring.
ScienceLogic SL1 is used to monitor the complete infrastructure, including Windows, Linux, AWS, Azure, Network Monitoring, SDWAN Monitoring, Customized reports

SL1 is well suited for complete infrastructure monitoring, which includes both On-Premise and Cloud, including Network monitoring. SL1 is also doing very good with SDWAN Routers' interface utilization
