Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control
ScreenConnect is being used by our service department to remotely program telephone systems.
- Easy to use
- Integrates with our CRM
- No improvements come to mind
- Increased efficiency as techs don't have to travel to site to access systems on a customer's premise
- Customer satisfaction increased due to faster response time
- Software is relatively cheap to purchase
Have used TeamViewer but only the free version which times out after 5 minutes of use.
