Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
I use Screenconnect a little different than most I believe. We broadcast what we call our virtual demo from: http://dimensiontrader.com/Entry.Portal.html
Our prospects can watch our software run in real time using ScreenConnect. I use the ScreenConnect Host version for this. I also use ScreenConnect Cloud to manage our computers at the office when traveling.
- Preview for prospects. They are able to demo our software without us actually putting our software on their computer.
- Manage our office systems.
- Provide personal demos of our product using Screenconnect Cloud.
- Provide customer support.
- I would like to be able to identify people watching our virtual demo - name, email and phone.
- Used TeamViewer but this is better and less expensive
Works easily and quickly. Less expensive than TeamViewer
