Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect

I run a small IT consultant business and we use ScreenConnnect for remote monitoring of servers and workstations to help us keep our infrastructure online and operating effectively.

Pros

  • Excellent video compression
  • Good variety of tools available for communications and file transfers
  • Good value

Cons

  • Mobile interface is a little clunky, can be difficult to navigate
  • Would like a desktop application to launch instead of being forced to use a web browser
  • Branding options for customer portals
  • Cheaper than alternatives
screenconnect can be used for any remote access situation, allowing for file transfers, chats with clients, and detailed logging. It's not suited for meetings or audio-text-only communications.
