Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
We are a custom software development company with customers throughout the U.S. and we use ScreenConnect daily. We use the program for live demos and customer support. I love the fact that I am able to get around the Microsoft UAC security issues often needed when installing or upgrading our products.

- Fast and reliable connection.
- Ability to install a client side app for customers we regularly connect with.
- We don't use the full product line.
- More efficient technical support.
- Overall cost of product.
- Easily accessible via web interface for customers.
- Less interaction with customer IT for connection and passwords.
We have used CrossLoop, TeamViewer, JoinMe, ShowMyPC, FixIT, and UltraVNC. As newer versions of Windows were released the other products became more cumbersome to use. After reviewing the cost of purchasing all of the other products based on the features we would use, ScreenConnect was the easiest and most cost effective product.
