Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
It used by myself to provide remote support to my clients.
- Quick and easy access to the Admin panel.
- Relatively easy access for clients/user.
- Better download/security management on the Mac side - they are not registered Apple developers, so users downloading the App sometime have to go through several steps to authorize the App.
- Easier to re-establish connections with recurring clients/users.
- Since I have always used some kind of remote control software, the only additional ROI benefit is the ability to pay monthly.
- TeamViewer and Zoom
Screenconnect has a monthly payment option, but I actually preffer the model TeamViewer uses to connect with clients (ID and password). Although Zoom has remote control, the operation and options it has is very weak compared to ScreenConnect.
