Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We currently use screenconnect to manage close to 250 computers and 15 servers. [It] makes it easy to access computers while on the go, using our laptops, phones or IPads. The options of sending commands without having to sign in directly to the system is a plus.
  • Remote screen works really well. It's clear. You have the option to change color quality or to improve connectivity.
  • When there are updates to the remote connection software it's easy to track which systems have been updated. It's a two click operation to update the remote client software.
  • One time remote connection setup is simple and foolproof.
  • There is room for improvement in the screen quality. Sometimes it's a bit blurry even with a great speed connection.
  • More functionality would be welcome. For example: Would like to see registry without having to remote into the machine.
  • able to have multiple sessions.
  • Number of systems that the remote client is installed is not limited.
I used to be a logmein user. There are some things I think they do better, like the high definition screen connection. Where they lost me was in the cost of the annual subscription. ScreenConnect offers a great product at a great price. Same goes for GoToMyPC. Screenconnect's price point is hard to beat.
The current price per seat and the fact that I can install the software on as many systems as I need is the biggest selling point for me. One thing that I would like to see a different pricing for is the Remote Access pricing. The minimum access package is for 25 clients. Would you consider a lower number: 1 or 5?

Still having issues when using OS X. 40-50% of the time I’m not capable of closing a window without having to “Force Quit” the application.
