Every single one of one of our team members uses CW Control in support of our clients. We use it extensively and love it.
- Excellent toolbox functionality. Every single time we find a new tool we can upload it into the toolbox for future use.
- I'm loving the guest pass feature.
- Speed issues occasionally
- With the plan we have our technicians can have up to 10+ sessions going at once. It allows us to manage multiple support sessions at once.
It is the best tool I've seen when it comes to remote support.
