Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
I enjoy using screenconnect because it assists me with helping my employees troubleshoot. Being able to remote control my employees' computers saves me time from phone calls and emails. I highly recommend any organization to take advantage of screenconnect's technology. It is a life saver, especially for an IT department!

- It doesn't cost a lot either. It is a good investment
Zoho Assist is very lacking. Lots of time I would be frozen.
