Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
ScreenConnect allows us to remotely manage servers and provide support to users working remotely. It has a simple-to-use web interface to gain access to different systems. All the remote systems require is a small installer that is run to provide the remote access via the web interface. The remote system can then be controlled from anywhere in the world.
- It is simple to get novice users to set up at their end.
- It provides remote access from anywhere in the world.
- The control panel is easily understandable and navigable.
- I forget the URL of the control panel now and again.
- I'm not entirely sure users are aware that once installed it gives remote access anytime. It could perhaps do with more education with the remote user that ScreenConnect runs all the time.

I found the two products to be very similar. When I searched, ScreenConnect was cheaper than LogMeIn and hence the decision to go with ScreenConnect. In terms of using the actual product, I don't notice much difference between the two for what we use the product for (remote server admin / remote user support).
