Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
We are using Screenconnect to do remote support for users. It saves us time when users have issues that they can't solve on their own. Our customers are at remote worksites all across our province, and can't always come back to the office for us to have a look at their problem.
- Seamless upgrades to newer versions of the software
- Low monthly costs, especially for small teams
- Quick download of the remote control software
- Easy login for clients
- A shorter simpler domain name for customer domains might be useful, company.connect.to vs company.screenconnect.com
- Multiple custom domain names for a single instance I am using https://support.company.com/ which forwards to https://company.screenconnect.com/
- The relatively low cost and the ability for agents to share or transfer customers is extremely useful.
TeamViewer and ScreenConnect both have excellent speed over slow connections are very responsive. TeamViewers high cost has made it a non-starter for us.
Mikogo, and VNC as well as NoMachine clients work well in some situations but the speed and responsiveness as well as complexity to set up and use make them impossible to choose for remote support.
