Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

I use it to support remote customers. Customers like to be helped on the spot and with screenconnect we have the opportunity to do it.
  • Fast
  • Easy to install
  • Could manage time to bill customer
  • With dual screen - an icon more efficient to switch between screen
  • Price is not too high
  • Helps to have an overall picture of remote network
Too expensive
  • Good to manage virtual servers across the host.
  • Good when VPN connection could not be reached.
