Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We use it across the entire organization to support our entire client base. We have it on desktops and servers.
- Quick access to remote computers
- Quick access to remote servers
- The ability to install applications
- Communicate with end user via chat features
- There are not many things to improve as this solution pretty much has all the functions you need to support your client base
- Remote access to systems are fast
- Access to multiple systems/sessions work really well
- Ability to chat with the user to assist with troubleshooting
- File transfer is done easily
ConnectWise Control is a great product. Access to remote sessions is fast and you have all the ability you need to perform all functions needed to resolve remote system issues.
