Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We use it across the entire organization to support our entire client base. We have it on desktops and servers.

Pros

  • Quick access to remote computers
  • Quick access to remote servers
  • The ability to install applications
  • Communicate with end user via chat features

Cons

  • There are not many things to improve as this solution pretty much has all the functions you need to support your client base
  • Remote access to systems are fast
  • Access to multiple systems/sessions work really well
  • Ability to chat with the user to assist with troubleshooting
  • File transfer is done easily
ConnectWise Control is a great product. Access to remote sessions is fast and you have all the ability you need to perform all functions needed to resolve remote system issues.
If you have systems that are remote to you (other state or country) this solution will allow you the ability to manage those systems remotely.
