SeekOut's Multiple Reach Out Ability is a Game Changer for this Busy Recruiter
Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
SeekOut has changed the way I recruit passive candidates. I use SeekOut to recruit candidates for the roles that I support and recruit for at CommScope. I love the diversity piece of SeekOut and the ability to send 3 messages over the course of several days to candidates. I find that a lot of candidates respond to the 2nd or 3rd email that gets sent out. I love that you can set this up to be automatic and tailor the emails to what best fits the message you want to send. As a busy recruiter, I appreciate SeekOut's automation piece of this.

Cons
- It would be nice to see the accuracy of the contact information attached to each candidate increased. I see that over 50% of the candidates I reach out to via SeekOut have the email returned.
- Automated multiple messaging.

- I've seen an increase in my diverse candidate pool since using SeekOut.
I like that SeekOut offers automated messaging over the course of a few days. Linkedin Recruiter doesn't offer that. SeekOut will follow back up with a candidate should they not respond to your first message, which is nice. LinkedIn doesn't do that. The accuracy with LinkedIn though tends to be a bit stronger. I reach more candidates via LinkedIn vs. SeekOut.
