Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
As a Software and Tech business, we are facing extreme challenges in the war on talent and competing with some of the biggest companies in the world. Not only that but the skillsets that we need are in short supply and hard to find. We hire globally in over 40 different locations from entry level to C-Suite. On average we hire between 600-700 people a year
- It scans a much wider internet presence that many platforms would miss in their search. For the skills, we search for many candidates don't have up-to-date LinkedIn profiles but do have regular GitHub activity so its a useful addition
- targeting for specific skills is easier, and the search filters have much more customizable options that I haven't seen on other platforms
- The Customer service is very strong - I have often had calls with the company account manager to help with searches I'm struggling with
- From time to time there are a few bugs that we need to report. Struggled to sign in a few times.
- I dont know the commercials but I would say it requires less time to find the talent as opposed to Linkedin Recruiter
