Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

My company has purchased a SeekOut license and suit for all full-time employees, and I've been loving it to augment my talent sourcing in my day-to-day. Oftentimes it's easy to get bogged down and locked into a single tool like a Linkedin Recruiter, but SeekOut has been helping out greatly in complementing the efforts and coming up with a robust pipeline.
  • Powerful search filters
  • diversity sourcing
  • integration with other ATS
  • outreach feature
  • ability to hide profiles as they come in
  • location: perhaps click and choose from map?
  • more intuitive UI/UX for outreach
  • improved sourcer experience
  • increased diversity
  • less bias
The support for SeekOut is awesome. To kick off our corporate subscription, we've had multiple, tailored sessions over Zoom on pretty much every aspect of SeekOut from start to finish. Tutorials and help session topics included how to start a search and project from scratch, how to initiate campaigns, etc.
SeekOut is powerful in terms of generating a lot more tailored profiles that stand up to any diversity hiring initiatives and criteria the client might have. Complemented with its own outreach features, the sourcing efforts are much more seamless and intuitive; everything can be seen in one space which is very convenient.

Do you think SeekOut delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with SeekOut's feature set?

Yes

Did SeekOut live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of SeekOut go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy SeekOut again?

Yes

Highly recommend it to any talent sources looking to get away and reduce resorting to LinkedIn. A good way to cross-check and collaborate with others, while handling all outreach and drip campaigns as well. Some of the profiles are old (especially towards the end of any search), so I think that should be improved.
