Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
SeekOut is a product that we use to find candidates in tandem with other applications available to the market. I use it a few times a week, and generally being able to find different candidates than I can through other sources. SeekOut is different because it gives you the ability to get true contact information, instead of having to rely strictly on Linkedin Messaging.
- SeekOut has an algorithm that allows new potential candidates to be viewed
- seekOut gives you the ability to reach out directly, instead of through messenger
- some of the features, like mirroring, should have the ability to directly go into a project instead of having to use an extra step.
- sometimes the current company feature doesn't bring back employees that are currently at said company
- positive: being able to reach out directly to potential candidates
- negative: sometimes that information is not correct, or current
It gives the ability to reach out in multiple ways, that other applications do not.
We utilize our internal database, and LinkedIn most frequently. All 3 can also be used in tandem.
