Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

I am a sourcer so I use it to find potential candidates to recruit for engineering positions. Sometimes it's hard for me to find personal contact info on other sites such as LinkedIn, so it has been a great resource for that as well. I can also access certain candidates that I may not be able to find elsewhere.

My support experience at SeekOut was extraordinary. I was able to schedule time with our customer support representative to formulate searches for certain jobs I was not getting the best candidate flow. She helped me formulate boolean searches that would limit the number of undesirable candidates in my search and find a very specific and qualified talent pool. She went above and beyond.
The company selected SeekOut to be able to find talent that is not available on LinkedIn. Sometimes these same candidates from LinkedIn do not come up in searches. Also, the AI matching and Cloning feature allows us to do better searches. These features do not work as well on LinkedIn in my opinion.

SeekOut is well suited for Sourcers, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers. All the information is accessible in one place. It saves a lot of time to find all the information in one place. Makes a potential candidate's profile search more convenient and organized as well. The insights feature is also useful. The AI matching feature also helps to reduce search time.
