Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

We use SeekOut in a variety of ways. As a sourcing tool, it has proven to be an effective alternative to LI Recruiter. We also use Insights to be able to show or demonstrate to our hiring managers what the market actually looks like for a specific role and location. Additionally, I have to use the drip campaigns to reach out to prospective candidates.

  • provides the ability to set it and forget it when it comes to drip campaigns
  • import and export ability


  • bounce back email or contact info on candidates, happening a good bit of time
  • The customer support, training, coaching and walking us through the tool has been incredibly valuable to our team
  • I believe we are reaching out more directly to the candidate pool
Our rep and team have always been available, even repeated times when we couldn't get the entire team on one call. They are responsive and service oriented. While on live calls, they all answer our questions right away or get back to us right away with an answer. We feel like a valued customers to the company.
LinkedIn Talent Insights is similar to Talent Neuron. I've used both but Insights seems to be easier to navigate and use with the intention of showing our customer, the hiring manager, what the talent pool looks like, the demographics and availability of such in these specific locaitons. This has also allowed us to strategize with the manager as to things we could tweak or be more flexible on to fill the role more effectively.

Overall I believe the tool is not only effective, easy to use, and is well suited for recruiters. It allows for a wider base of candidates and to get their personal contact info, where LI Recruiter allows for inmails only. Additionally, I love the drip campaign set literally can set it and forget it and while the response ratio is still lower than I would like, I have had some candidates even comment on our "persistence" which caused them to see what we were all about. The only recommendation I would suggest is to more frequently check the contact info for these folks as many come back undeliverable.
