Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

The business is currently expanding and in need of qualified candidates to hire for our retail stores. We use Seekout to access talent via the internet as recruiters are responsible for markets spread out throughout the country that they do not have immediate access to. Also, Seekout expands our talent pool so we have more variety of candidates to choose from.

The support is great from Seekout. I am constantly getting emails from Seekout to attend training to learn about the different tools you can use on the platform.
I do believe that Indeed is probably by far the best platform for sourcing and recruiting talent. They have an abundance of candidates and their site is user-friendly. Although Indeed is the first choice for sourcing because it is the most popular recruiting platform many of my associates also use it which makes it difficult sometimes not to be engaging with the same candidates. Seekout allows me to reach out to a candidate pool that has not been reached out to by many of my colleagues.

Seekout is helpful for sourcing for more senior-level positions whereas it is a little bit more difficult to source for entry-level positions on the platform.
