Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Currently I am using SeekOut for our sales roles. I don't have a good response rate from candidates I reach out, a lot of times the emails get bounced as well. I tried the phone number feature as well and did not have much luck with that.

Pros and Cons

easy to use
bias feature
filter options
industry options

messaging candidate directly
cross check emails to see if they actually are valid so they don't bounce back
accuracy on the data that its scraping from the internet

Return on Investment

so far we no hire from SeekOut

Support Rating

the support team responds back by next day usually when I have a issue. Have had some issues with email integration but was able to figure it out on my own.

Alternatives Considered

Linkedin Recruiter, Glassdoor.com and Indeed.com

SeekOut is much better than Indeed and Glassdoor but not as good as Linkedin Recruiter.

So far I been using the tool for 7 months now. I have not made a hire from it yet. Great for looking at profiles but not a high chance of getting responses back from candidates on the tool. I do like how the campaign tool works- however not all my campaigns give much response rates.
