Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

SeekOut is used to seek out healthcare professionals. We use it for any profession from pharmacy technicians to RN's to Executive positions. I find that this database i geared mostly towards clinical positions or something higher up than some of our minimum wage positions we are seeking applicants for.

SeekOut is well suited for very particular skillset individuals. I would use this platform to search for a PICC Nurse. However, I would not use this platform to fill certain reqs like Warehouse Workers or Nutrition help. Our organization has a large variety of position to fill, we need a database that can provide the same variety.

Using SeekOut

100 - SeekOut is mostly used for Recruitment needs. It mostly helps with highly specialized positions that may be otherwise hard to fill. Seekout allows you to find people on LinkedIn, reach out to them, and provide them with the opportunity to apply for the job you have available. If it doesnt work out, you atleast have a new contact.
10 - We need people available to constantly monitor the type, quality, and quantity of applicants we are receiving through this platform. Is it working for us? Do we get what we pay for? Does it supply the kind of employee we need for those hard jobs? All is taken in to consideration when choosing the person to support SeekOut.

This platform tends to give you applicants who are not necessarily looking for new opportunities. I have had people be upset that I contacted them or sought them out on LinkedIn. This can be troublesome when the only thing I am trying to do is find qualified applicants. I need active people, who dont mind a cold call.

SeekOut Training

SeekOut is very attentive in training our group. They are very quick to answer any issues we may have, as well as sending out live online training for all employees. While they are very helpful, there is only so much you can do with this platform, so training isn't incredibly valuable.
