Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

We primarily use SeekOut for sourcing technical and cleared candidates. The product addresses our need to fill hard-to-fill positions by reaching passive candidates. The tool is available to our entire organization. Additionally, the market data provided is very useful with helping to determine marketing and advertisement strategies as well as salary bands and job titles.

Cons

  • Outdated contact information
  • Difficult to export data, confusing/jumbled output
  • Increased reach to candidates
  • Increased fill rates for hard to fill roles
  • Decreased time to hire for hard to fill roles
