Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
I use SeekOut to source diverse talent for all of our open roles. It's been extremely helpful in increasing female representation in our Tech divisions. It also helps me to comply with our diversity initiative. I strive to present a talent slate consisting of 50% or more of these candidates being ethnically diverse.

I use both LI Recruiter and SeekOut. They have very different filtering options. SeekOut is great to target diverse talent. LI Recruiter is great because I'm able to filter out talent to only those open to work, which increases my response rate.
