Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
I primarily use SeekOut for: (1) Specialized/niche role sourcing (2) DEI and URG sourcing initiatives - great diversity filters (3) AI-assisted prospecting at scale (4) Simple export to ATS/CRM (5) More accurate filtering with power filters specific to the company levels. I think the biggest business problem SeekOut is solving is targeted sourcing at scale. With the focus of many companies on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, active prospecting is more important than ever. The many filters and AI-assisted smart searches are easy to run in the background as I utilize other sources, because it saves the time of sifting through every profile.

- When rejecting a profile because of "seniority", the pop up reminder about YOE filter comes up every time, even when I've adjusted it. It doubles the amount of clicking needed.

It feels like SeekOut + Linkedin Recruiter covers all bases, and are better than hireEZ, Beamery, or iCIMS Talent Cloud
