Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
We use SeekOut to identify specific talent quickly - I'm a recruiter.
- The platform allows for multiple ways to search
- We have custom filters for our company for searches that we do often
- Our CSM sends awesome quick videos with tips and tricks to uplevel our skills
- Ease of jumping in... I feel like there is some training that is needed to get up and running
- The short tips and tricks we receive from our CSM are very helpful
- I'd love to see more personal data that is accessible... often a personal email is not included... I get it but I'd still like to see it more then there are now...
- Quickly being able to identify specific talent
- Increased diversity
- Quick top of funnel candidates
SeekOut pulls beyond Linkedin Recruiter and I'm thankful for that... especially for roles where candidates don't have a LinkedIn profile
