Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

We use Seek Out in sourcing for possible talents. It is one of the platforms we use in finding talents for niche roles. Especially those hard that is hard to fill, like software engineers or robotics engineers. We focus our talent sourcing on those involved in digital surgery and robotics.

  • Can look for specific skills specialty.

  • Prioritize keywords in boolean searches.
  • Easy to navigate.
  • Less response rate.
  • Has the same talent pool that you also have in LinkedIn.
I never had to make contact with the support team.
They both have the same talent pool. You find in LinkedIn you can also find in Seek Out, including the links to their LinkedIn profile. Also, you can assess candidates on their specialty in Seek Out a lot easier as it is highlighted where they are best good at.

Seek Out is very easy to use. It is not that complicated to look for desirable talents. Also easy to make contacts, but it would help if you get more responses from the people you reach out to. As far as my experience, I get about a 10% or less response rate to people I reach out to.
