Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

For recruitment - sourcing external hires of a niche skillset.

Pros

  • Collates quite niche data
  • Provides candidates LinkedIn searches don't sometimes
  • Easy search functionality

Cons

  • Lists can be quite small, even with broad searches
  • Info can be out of date when you double check v LinkedIn
  • Improved diversity specific sourcing - and data driving for HM calls
  • Has lead to finding more tech candidates - less available on social media.
  • Broader options for us as recruiters

Great for more technical sourcing - where specific skills or specific college requirements are needed.

Less accurate for sales roles - where candidates tend to move around more.
