Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use SeekOut as a way to source potential candidates for my organization.

Pros and Cons

Searches by location
Diverse search options
large pool of candidates to choose from

Out of country searches
Accurate and up to date email addresses, this is a feature that is highlighted, but not very useful
Setting up campaigns is not always user friendly and the emails look like spam from the recipients perspective

Return on Investment

I have not yet found the platform to be successful

Linkedin Recruiter

I utilize both SeekOut and LinkedIn, I find that LinkedIn is easier to use and provides a more responsive and successful list of candidates.
