Overall Satisfaction with Seismic

We use Seismic to manage our dynamic content - client-facing materials that dynamically pull info from Salesforce fields. Our Customer Success department uses content managed by an Enablement team. Enablement manages the content to drive consistency in our objective and our brand and ensure our teams are working toward the same goals.
  • Tech Support - Outstanding team. Friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to dig into the weeds. I was also never passed on, they'd send me directly to the correct person. This matters!
  • Our end users are able to preview the content as they customize through a form. Our product changes a lot, so it's critical that they know what they're selecting.
  • The level of customization is pretty great - Even if there is info that isn't pulling dynamically from Salesforce, I can build in fields where our reps can add info.
  • I work on a Mac and I have to keep a PC handy to make edits to the PowerPoint decks in Live Docs. That's pretty painful.
  • I would love to see them move toward supporting Google Slides instead of PowerPoint.
  • Great for consistency in our brand and corporate voice.
  • Our reps save a ton of time being able to focus on their client calls instead of having to create content.
  • Our team really works in Google Slides so trust in the older system is pretty fragile.
We're only using LiveDocs in Seismic and it's way better than Highspot's 3rd party solution.
Phenomenal support team! They're fast, knowledgeable, and willing to get into the trenches of detailed technical stuff.

Would you buy Seismic again?

I feel fully supported by their team, but having to keep a PC to manage content on the backend is really a deal-breaker. I'd rather be able to work in GoogleSlides on a Mac than have to work in PowerPoint on a PC.
