Overall Satisfaction with Sendinblue
I use Sendinblue for all of our web services for transactional email routing and sending email marketing and newsletters.
I do the same for all of our clients. Sendinblue helps us identify the delivery problem when a user does not receive a transactional email. Sendinblue allows us to have complete traceability of exchanges with users of the various sites on which it is in place.

Pros
- Email traceability
- Email editor
- Transactional email
Cons
- Multi support email editor.
- Reseller support, quota email doesn't indicate white account is concerned.
- Contact list editor.
- Email ROI
- The landing page editor crashed, so I must replace with a WordPress site.
I selected Sendinblue because my users and customers don't speak and read English, so the french version of an email solution was the best way to answer them. Since 2017, I always recommended Sendinblue to my customers and partners, even if they use another solution, I convert them and never go back again.
