Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

We use Sendoso for Sales, various Marketing departments, and even internally to surprise and delight employees. There is a great variety of direct-mail options that helps us fulfil our different campaigns. I love that we can ship our swag to the warehouse and mix and match into bundles. With the address confirmation feature and send tracker we can always be sure our direct-mail is going to the right place (and know when it was received to send a follow-up email).

  • Processing swag sent to warehouse takes add ~1 week to your timeline.
  • To edit a touch, you have to click through every step again rather than edit and save on the same page.
  • Pro - Shows customers we're thinking of them at key touch-points.
  • Pro - Helped push prospects down the funnel.
  • Con - Sometimes hard to see the direct impact it has outside of Sales.
We considered using Alyce which seems like a great tool as well, but they expect a higher minimum send count and don't do warehousing so Sendoso is better for adding that personal touch of branded swag and good for smaller-scale direct-mail operations.

Great for bulk sending direct mail and egifts for campaigns but for one-offs, you may be better off finding your own way to mail something to save on costs.
