Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

We use Sendoso specifically for direct mail, ABM campaigns, outbound, and any internal employee incentives around SKO, Kick-offs etc. We purchased it as a way to do ABM direct mailers as a replacement for PFL. It is used across the GTM team, but the primary users are marketing and sales.

  • Tracking with Salesforce.
  • Ready to go send ideas.
  • A little bit buggy.
  • Design is not very intuitive.
  • 1876% ROI on influenced campaigns.
  • 415% ROI in direct attribution.
Used PFL, Sendoso is a much better tool as it tracks sends in Salesforce, integrates into our sales tech stack, and allows us to send gifts without custom campaigns.

Evaluated Alyce - great tool, high cost and US and Canada only sending ability. Sendoso is international which is a must for us.

This tool is a great fit for any team with a large sales team doing ABM style campaigns, direct gifting, or gift card gifting. It works well with SFDC, Marketo, and Outreach. It is also easy to set up and run with a credit card only. Probably not a great fit - just based on price- for smaller companies with small sales teams.
