Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

It's used by the Sales Development team.

Ease of use and taking away the manual process. We used to hand write our own notes and package up our gifts. It definitely took time away from our day and now we have more time back to spend on building more pipeline.

  • Just easier use for admins on the platform.
  • Finding a way for Sendoso emails not to get into prospects' spam.
  • More time back to work.
  • Booking more meetings.
  • Easy on-boarding users.
Not enough interaction from our team more focused on the AI. Also when prospects except the gift it doesn't feel personal and they can also get out of meetings. Team didn't like using Alyce.
