Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

We use Sendoso as part of our post-sale customer success and engagement strategy. Sendoso helps to streamline how we send thoughtful gifts to our clients to engage them throughout the customer lifecycle. Previously, it was extremely time-consuming to coordinate and execute the physical and e-gift process, and we purchased Sendoso to help us accelerate the time to send gifts as well as improve the variety of gifts that we are able to send.
  • Provide a vast array of physical and virtual gifts and experiences available to send.
  • Integrate the sends into our CRM for transparency as well as correlating sends to value.
  • Simplify and streamline the end-to-end send process for our employees and for the customer.
  • A premium product with a premium price tag.
  • A complex user interface that requires frequent training.
  • Reduced the amount of time required to send gifts to customers.
  • Increased the number of thoughtful, curated gifts that we can send to customers.
We have worked with other swag companies, but they are not software/techonlogy products like Sendoso.

We decided to use Sendoso solely because it (1) makes it easier to send personalized, one-off sends easier and (2) can automate the execution of customer lifecycle sends.

Sendoso is great for automating sends related to customer lifecycle moments. Sendoso is also great at coordinating one-off virtual and physical gifts. Due to price, Sendoso may not always be the most affordable option when it comes to customized sends/swag. Also, sometimes shipping costs are a little unpredictable which can make budgeting more complicated.
