Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

Sendoso is being used by our Sales team to bring back old opportunities in a personalized and fun approach that gets people excited! Our "win-back" campaigns have been pretty successful in bringing old/stale opportunities back in! We are also using Sendoso to increase webinar attendance by using the lunch eGift options! We all love a lunch and learn, especially when someone else is paying for lunch!
  • Webinar or Lunch and Learn -> increase in registrations by offering eGifts/incentive.
  • Bringing back old opportunities for the sales teams -> Using Sendoso direct or SWAG with a personalized note.
  • Internal incentives for sales reps -> Call blitz prizes from Sendoso direct increase participation and call volume = more opportunities.
  • Being able to integrate with other CRMs besides Salesforce.
  • Being able to add team views in the inventory section to divide regions/teams/sends.
  • Bringing back stale/old sales opportunities.
  • Providing sales reps a way into the conversation with prospects (coffee chats).

Sendoso can be leveraged in so many different ways! I see this being used more by our Customer Marketing team to help with up-sell/cross-sell campaigns using eGifting or Sendoso direct. Customers love to get personalized and fun gifts sent to them!

I also see a huge opportunity for HR teams to leverage Sendoso. Employees love to be rewarded!
