Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

We're using Sendoso for several departments within the organization, primarily sales and customer engagement. It helps us connect with prospects in a digital way and surprise and delight our current customers.
  • Sendoso Direct Sends - it's great to have so many options available to send for various occasions.
  • SuperSenders Program - super engaging and is a great way to learn from other Sendoso users. The program is well organized and it's something I enjoy participating in.
  • Communication & Responsiveness - the Sendoso team does a great job of sharing updates and new vendors through their monthly newsletter, and they're quick to respond to questions and customer support requests.
  • More direct mail send options for EMEA.
  • The process of creating or editing a touchpoint could be streamlined/improved.
  • Add images to send options within the platform for reference.
  • Sends via Sendoso directly - it would be great if we could add our company name in the "from" title so that our customers don't think the email is spam.
  • Positive net sentiment from customers.
  • Increase in prospects redeeming coffee e-gift cards in exchange for a meeting.
  • Increase trust and excitement from our sales and CSM team.
I haven't used any products similar to Sendoso and aren't aware of any that are as robust as the Sendoso platform.

Yes

Sendoso is an excellent sales and marketing tool especially in the time of COVID. We use e-gift cards to invite prospects or customers to coffee or lunch and use direct mail sends for various touchpoints throughout the customer's journey. We've also used it internally to treat our employees to lunch for lunch & learns, holiday celebrations, or other events.
