Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso
We use Sendoso mostly in the Sales dept. I think it is also used for the client success manager's accounts. I like it to help with booking sales meetings, sometimes a complimentary lunch or drink can make someone's day, especially in exchange for their time. I feel it helps with holding meetings and meeting attendance.

- Time saver.
- Positive -- the client or prospect has a great onboarding experience because of it.
- Tends to help get a "DM" on the line with a comp lunch invite ha, which can speed up sales process.
I have not used any competitors at this time.
