Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

Sendoso is currently being used in my Demand Gen department to send prospects gift cards and gifts to incentivize them to set up a call/demo with us. Currently, it solves for the manual sending of gifts. Allowing myself and my colleagues to quickly and easily send out what we need to prospects as a one-off or bulk send.
  • Good selection of gift options to choose from.
  • Backend help setting up touches.
  • Offering campaign ideas and use cases.
  • The address verification email could use some fine tuning to show where the gift is coming from.
  • Allowing for creation of more customized gift sending emails.
  • Salesforce integration can be glitchy.
  • Helping to drive MQLs.
  • Gauge interest of prospects.
  • Incentivize participation.

Salesforce Lightning Platform (formerly Salesforce App Cloud), ZoomInfo, Marketo
In my time using Sendoso, it has been fantastic to use for all kinds of gift sending. A few great examples of this include, being able to bulk send gift cards to webinar attendees following a webinar and sending customized boxed kits to prospects who request a demo and having the ability to confirm their address before sending.
