Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

Sendoso is being used by our organization across a couple of our business units. For the organization I belong to, in the past, we used Sendoso to support our ABM efforts with small gift giving. It is now primarily focused for our customer advocacy program and how we support our brand ambassadors.
  • Very easy to use, organized and modern user interface.
  • Great communication from Sendoso reps for troubleshooting/onboarding.
  • Simple but sophisticated reporting structure.
  • Site taxonomy can be better organized.
  • Not enough high level categories for different products.
  • Check out process is a bit clunky and too many steps.
  • Hard to track ROI from gift giving and the true influence it had.
  • Same feedback for current customers and tracking ROI from those who decided to not churn and if this product aided.
  • Overall, folks are happy with receiving packages like the ones from Sendoso, but tough to say from an ROAS perspective whether this is worth it.
I have never considered another product besides Sendoso and was not part of the selection process. If in the market for a service like Sendoso, I don't think there is a reason to shop around as this software has everything you need.

This tool is appropriate for companies that have a need to send out products, whether it be gifts, samples, trials, etc. to potential prospects or current customers. Those who do not have an in-house inventory for storage and are always sending out items to different folks would benefit from Sendoso.
