SetMore is used within our entire organization. This software provides appointment scheduling solutions for all departments of our company. The software two-way syncs with our calendars that we use daily. SetMore provides an online 24/7 option for our clients to schedule appointments with our sales and service departments. We have access from a desktop and mobile application so we always have access to our schedule whether we are at our desk or away from the office.

- The mobile application provides anywhere access.
- SMS reminders are convenient for our clients.
Cons
- The Notifications on the Android App do seem to be finicky if you do not have a regular volume of appointments being set.
- Ability to schedule more that one service at a time.
- Double Booking ability from the Booking Page.
- Allows us to respect our clients time and schedule calls when they are available.
- The ability to schedule follow up calls leads to a better customer experience.
- The reminders sent automatically create an easy workflow to assist both our service and sales departments.
SetMore is so much simpler while providing great features. The ease of use makes this a better product for our clients and staff without sacrificing many of the bells and whistles that others tout. The online booking pages ability to schedule without creating a login has led to more visitors scheduling appointments instead of clicking away when scheduling.
