Our College Services team uses SetMore to schedule appointments with students. It's a helpful tool for making appointment scheduling easy. It syncs with our Outlook calendars so students can click on the Appointment Scheduler link for their advisor and pick any open time-slot showing that works for them. It cuts down on having to email or text back and forth numerous times to try to find a common meeting time that works for the student and advisor. Advisors can text or email out their SetMore appointment scheduling link to their whole caseload of students and students can then book their appointments using that link.
  • Good/fair price compared to competitors.
  • Every user on the account gets their own personalized appointment scheduling link.
  • Flexibility with services you can make available.
  • Calendar synching errors and bugs.
  • Certain fields seen by the scheduler can't be edited.
  • Office 365 sync has to be turned on and off pretty regularly to fix issues (time consuming).
As mentioned before, the price point of SetMore is better than many of its competitors. We pay $25/month for our whole team to use it, although I think they might be changing the price plans soon so we may have to reevaluate this factor later. I can't give it a 10 out of 10 review because we've just dealt with way too many calendar syncing errors and bugs in our time using it - and SetMore has been way too slow in actually fixing the issues. Customer service is always quick to respond in Chat, but it's a different story with how fast their developers can fix bugs and how much they choose to prioritize certain issues. For the most part, especially more recently, we've had a good experience with SetMore - and it makes appointment scheduling with our students easier. We're glad to use it and I would recommend it to others in education who support students doing 1 on 1 advising. Just except some bugs to come up now and then that may not get fixed immediately.

We currently use SetMore to book interview appointments, employee tests, office visits, HR meetings, phone calls etc.
We have a large entry-level workforce, and sending an email to request office services was creating tons of emails. SetMore allows employees to be proactive and make appointments, when they want, for when they want, without having to reach out. We use this across all departments and it is very easy to use and customize.

  • Affordable.
  • Syncs with other calendars.
  • Would like if it could sync directly to Google calendar (i.e have a direct plugin) without going through the website.
  • Could have a "how to" tutorial for booking appointments for users.
SetMore is great for companies that have specific calendar needs; we, for example, use it very heavily in an HR function. We have appointments titled with popular needs (like HR consultation, benefits chat, phone call, check paycheck etc). They can make appointments in our available times through this, so we can be organized and cut down on emails. We also use this for accounting, outside vendors, etc. I think it would not be good for an organization that has a lot in flux-- you need to have your operations closely buttoned up to get the maximum use out of this product.

We use SetMore to schedule purchased training sessions. We sell these sessions in our local office. We simply set up a product and the students can choose the ones they want to purchase. SetMore allows the students to log in and provide their information, select their desired date and time, and then pay us. The integration works seamlessly with HubSpot and Square.

SetMore is used within our entire organization. This software provides appointment scheduling solutions for all departments of our company. The software two-way syncs with our calendars that we use daily. SetMore provides an online 24/7 option for our clients to schedule appointments with our sales and service departments. We have access from a desktop and mobile application so we always have access to our schedule whether we are at our desk or away from the office.

  • The mobile application provides anywhere access.
  • SMS reminders are convenient for our clients.
  • The Notifications on the Android App do seem to be finicky if you do not have a regular volume of appointments being set.
  • Ability to schedule more that one service at a time.
  • Double Booking ability from the Booking Page.
  • SetMore is well suited for anyone needing appointment setting services.
  • SetMore works great to schedule a call out for virtual meetings.
  • SetMore provides the ability for at home appointments by capturing address information if required.

SetMore has been used in my organization in almost all the department, finance can be an exception. However, when I was in the interview process, I started using SetMore. I went to this page with shared schedule and made an appointment based on the available dates and hours of my interviewer for the interview. The same has applied to any other people getting hired. Later on into the job as Sales Rep. We used SetMore as scheduling for Demo Sessions and coaching for customers. SetMore page showed the available services or offers with the right consultant depending on the solution and technology to show to the customer. There you can check available dates and hours to schedule the activity with customers. It was integrated with Google Calendar.

SetMore is getting aged as it is. we have been moving progressively to other solutions for scheduling with far better integration. however, SetMore is a good tool to implement in start-ups and small business where you need to have plans and activities scheduled with individuals inside and outside of the organization. As mentioned, this tool is used internally with the support team, sales team, RRHH. This last uses with recruitment prospects that can go to the website and schedule its interview with an assigned person considering the availability of it.
