Overall Satisfaction with ShareFile
ShareFile helps us to create and deliver signature forms efficiently with no extra steps with different kind of info to fill like inicials, date, or any information, also the website allows us to get documents from clients and we can put their documents in a safe and reliable place to check any time. Thank you!
Pros
- Update documents
- Web signatures
- Delivery information
Cons
- the folders setup
- more visual
- better colors
- Client collaboration
- Improve workflows
- Security
The impact is big because we use it in all the signatures and mostly in all digital documents the client sends us in each client's folder. Also with the notifications we can know which client and what time they send the respective documents, and when they signed properly to move on the the workflow process.
For the moment, it works great, I have each 15-minute update for the new documents that clients upload, also I have an email at the moment they sign, and when we upload documents, we can create folders for each particular case, and also we can create folder templates.
so it is very efficient for the company's workflow.

The ShareFile website never broke, so we switched the signature service to this platform too. Because in PandaDoc sometimes it was hard to find some signed documents from years ago, also we couldn't find an efficient way to order the signature documents for each client, but with ShareFile we can find a way to do this very easily and practically.
