The most helpful program in our agency!

We have used ShareFile for several years. Even some of our less technically savvy customers have been able to navigate their side to complete their signatures. The platform has helped us get through COVID times and adapt to slightly more virtual interactions with customers but with confidence that the documentation and certifications would hold in court if it was necessary. We find that interactions with customers that have full time jobs or live out of town and cannot easily come by to sign or fill out paperwork that we can use ShareFile and feel confident about security and accuracy. The platform does occasionally update to keep up with the latest needs and trends and I truly appreciate that it is not a stagnant company that leaves us needing to look for better technology.
