Overall Satisfaction with ShareFile
ShareFile is a great alternative to DocuSign as it easily allows individuals to sign documents with a simple five digit passcode (so secure but not credit check secure). Also an easy way to provide documents much like google drive or one box. I've used it for years without any issues.
Pros
- Document signatures
- Sending files to clients
- Storing documents
Cons
- I think Google Drive has better data syncing
- Integration with softwares to allow higher efficiency
- It allows associates from around the country to use the same software
- Allows clients who rarely use systems to quickly learn and approve documents
The software allows clients to quickly use software and associates to easily access files.
Since there is a passcode option when sharing files, this feature is highly utilized. Other softwares may require a credit check which is clunky at a minimum. I've seen individuals fail the credit check and slow the process down considerable whereas a five digit passcode is reasonably secure and allows efficient approvals.
I use ShareFile because it is simple and offers easy use of esignatures - and unlimited. DocuSign is getting expensive and charges often on a per "envelope" basis which doesn't work for me.
