Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
SharpSpring is being used by sales and marketing to identify and service individuals/companies that are interested in lead generation. I found that the tools within the SharpSpring environment are robust and generally easy to use (once you understand the nomenclature). It is a high-value asset to our organization in that it acts as a force multiplier. We are a small agency, but with the marketing automation of SharpSpring, we are responding to requests 24/7. It helps us get a clear picture of buyer behavior and allows us to allocate resources when the time is right to do so. The support we received during onboarding was great and the continued help has made using it as painless as possible. Our clients are in love with it as well.

- Aside from having a built-in API so you can post to Instagram--a problem every platform has--I really couldn't think of anything. They are always improving what they have and adding new features all the time.
- We were able to fine-tune our marketing message and track and retarget prospects quickly.
- Creating email campaigns was never a pleasant task. SharpSpring had me covered pretty well with some intuitive controls. Tracking and scheduling are pretty easy, as is creating landing pages and just keeping track of all the moving parts.
- We have been able to turn at least half of the tire-kickers who have come by the website into customers. Love that.
- We resell SharpSpring now and we have been able to offer this amazing platform to our clients at a very modest price point.
I have looked at and used Hubspot, Zoho, Marketo, and Sugar CRM. SharpSpring has an amazing support staff. They will not only get back to you quickly, they will also have a solution for you. SharpSpring is very much like a lower cost Hubspot--I liked them--with Salesforce thrown in. I am more of a strategy guy and when I had to go tactical with the start of my new agency, I had to wear a bunch of hats. SharpSpring didn't waste my time. In fact I offloaded a lot of my grunt work to the platform. It is a great robot. I love it.
