Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We use SharpSpring to manage both of our business’ marketing, email marketing, as well as the CRM for our sales teams. As an agency, we also use SharpSpring to manage our clients' campaigns.
  • Email marketing platform utilizing best sending practices.
  • Robust CRM that has the ability to tie end-to-end ROI, bridging the sales/marketing gap.
  • Good customer support.
  • Endless opportunities for marketing automation.
  • Could be more intuitive in general.
  • Email templates need updates.
  • Copy and paste email marketing automation for basic, commonly used automations would be very helpful.
  • Good end-to-end ROI reporting.
  • CRM has been very helpful in tying our marketing and sales teams efforts together.
  • Have had some frustration with the integration of CallRail for call tracking. Had to jump through hoops to get it “integrated” and it still isn’t doing what we said we wanted it to do when we paid for this integration.
SharpSpring is a good bang for the buck and has good integrations with Google Ads.
Overall it has all of the advanced marketing automation needed at a very competitive price.
